The Battle of the Loren Waystone occurred as the second battle in a five battle campaign based on the Wood Elves of Loren invading Mousillon, Bretonnia. The battle scenario revolved around the Loren Waystone landmark. The waystone allowed the army controlling it to reroll failed rally rolls. During the battle this benefit did not take a large role in determining the outcome of the engagement. The Wood Elves held the waystone during the entirety of the battle while vicious missile volleys torn into the knights of Mousillon with a unforeseen efficiency.

Thoughts of the Battle of the Loren Waystone
I brought an all knight list. This set me up for failure. I had no shooting phase, my magic phase revolved around my dispelling capabilities, and my units were just a tad too small. The Questing Knights armor save just does not compare to a Knight Errant, Knight of the Realm, or Grail Knight. I have to be careful with selecting them in the future. I needed my skirmishing Peasant Bowmen and maybe even my trebuchet. I do much better with a 2250 point list than a 2000 point list. I need to perfect making small point lists. I just can't go without a lance of Grail Knights. I'm spoiled that way. I was happier with my last battle against the Wood Elves at Landuin's Crossroads. Now to plan for the next battle. I smell a victory for Bretonnia coming on. Oh wait, that's just the Peasant Bowmen finally getting here.

First, how many times must I say only a Lord can carry the Bow of Loren (shoot as many times in profile) and the Arcane Bodkins (ignore armor saves) combination! That is the first correction. Everything else is fairly accurate. I always take 6 riders, whether it is glade riders or wild riders.
Dryads were 8 strong,
wardancers were 8
waywaters were only 5
I was surprised at the list you brought, I was not expecting a full knight list. I can say I was very happy not seeing the skirmishing peasant bowmen, and if the Pegasus Knights (PK) were not there it would have been wonderous!
Grail knights will be in the list and not to take them is foolish! Who cares about the point cost? You can only field 1 unit in a standard list so you might as well take them! They will make your opponent think about what falls infront of them. (for me I want noting infront of them, lol)
Magic was useless this game, you had minimal, I did not take much and ended up killing my spellsinger because she kept mispronouncing the power words for Ariel's Blessing, a bit too much celebrating the night before, eh?
The noble running out with the hail of doom arrow was a risk I should probably not take in the future. It is a good item but can be negated easily by your armor and a low shot count (roll 3d6 for total shots and roll to hit for each, S4) Definitely not against any unit bigger than 6 knights.
Thats about it, see you at Blackadder for "girls night out!" hahahaha
Hahahaha, I just can't believe how strong that nob... I mean lord of yours is. Anyways, the full knight list is a bust. I shall take scruffy peasants with me for every battle I fight. They are... necessary.
I can't wait 'til Girls Night Out in Blackadder. Hahahahahaha.
